Just because you don’t like a certain form of exercise, doesn’t mean you will dislike them ALL!!! There are so many ways to be active… explore them! You never know what you might fall in love with! If you are burnt out on whatever you’re doing.. here is a list of potentially new options to try!! One of the most important things about making a healthy transformation is consistency. Find something you love so that you will CONTINUE to do it!!

- Kickboxing
- Martial Arts
- Spin Class
- Power Lifting
- Bicycling
- Rollerblading
- Running

- Insanity

6 months gone and 60 lbs lost. I avoid looking at old pictures of myself so that I can focus on the future, but spending time picking a picture for this before and after made me really emotional. I’m sitting here crying over the keyboard because sometimes I can’t believe I’ve actually made this happen for myself. Hard work, focus, dedication, and support from people around you are all it takes in order to completely change your life around. I’m not quite done with my journey yet, still have a few more months to go, but I am confident that I can do it now and can’t wait to see the finished product. Love your life, love yourself, and anything is possible.
